- How do I reserve/book a taxi?
- In order to book a taxi with us you can either fill in our online reservation form or give us a call. Upon success we will receive your Taxi request and you will receive a confirmation email of the taxi reservation. If your taxi request is for an airport transfer then our Taxi driver will hold a sign with your name so that you can easily recognize him.
- Do I have to prepay anything?
- When reserving a taxi with us it is not required to prepay anything at all. We trust our customers therefore payments are made upon destination arrival.
- I have already booked a taxi using the reservation form on the website, but did not receive the reservation confirmation email.
- In cases you have already booked a taxi using our online reservation form but you have not received your reservation confirmation email then please check your SPAM email folder. In addition, allow some time after you have completed the reservation form and check your emails again. Lastly, check carefully that when you filled in the reservation form your e-mail was spelled correctly. If you have any questions then email us or call us at 00357 99060782.
- Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
- All the prices listed on our website are PER VEHICLE.
- Do you offer Taxi services for more than 4 people?.
- Yes, we offer 6-seat taxis which can accomodate up to 6 passenges plus the driver. Therefore a group of 5 passengers must hire a 6-seat taxi. So, for a group of 5 we can offer a 6-seat taxi.
- What happens if my flight arrives late or my travel plans are changed after I already completed my reservation ?
- In the case that your flight arrives late you do not have to worry about anything as we will be monitoring the arrival time of all flights therefore we will know the arrival time and be there for you without any charge at all. In case you wish to cancel then please inform us as soon as possible.
- What is included in the price?
- In the price everything is included such as tolls, parking tickets, taxes, unexpected waits etc. Our prices listed on the website are final.
